About Heta
Annual Report
Heta has been providing specialist support services for over 30 years and has established its position in the community sector as a credible and professional organisation.
The organisation receives funding from a range of Commonwealth, State and Local Government sources, so that it can provide free support to people who are disadvantaged. Some programs may attract a small fee to cover costs where funding is not available. As programs can change at any time, we suggest that you visit our services section on the website for a list of Heta's current programs.
Maintaining Quality Assurance accreditation ensures greater consistency and accountability in all elements of Heta's service delivery. A Continuous Improvement framework encompassing structured evaluation provides a greater focus on ‘consumer driven’ services that meet the individual needs of people and their communities.
