Disability Employment ServicesHeta's Disability Employment Services (DES) program assists people with a disability, medical condition and/or injury to explore and develop their vocational and job seeking skills to gain open employment. This is a free program and you do not need to be in receipt of Centrelink benefits to register. Heta also offers specialist services tailored for Aboriginal participants through DES Indigenous Specialist Program. Here at Heta, we work intensively with jobseekers for a period of 18 months, empowering individuals in becoming job ready. Heta offers:
