TAKE ON I.T. Program has been designed to tackle that first step into computers. This 5 day course covers the basics of computer operations, the Microsoft Office package and an Introduction to Internet and Emailing.
The program also looks at effective job searching strategies using the skills developed throughout this program.
The program ensures an interactive and enthusiastic approach to learning.

Participants will learn the fundamentals of using Outlook 2003 to coordinate mail. Appointments, events, meetings, tasks and contacts. This course will also cover how to send and receive mail, schedule appointments, insert events, schedule meetings, create and manage tasks and organise contacts. In addition, participants will also learn how to explore and search for the relevant web sites and topics of interest using the Internet Browser and the various types of search engines.
