Audience: Case Management staff, recruitment staff, marketing staff.

Does this person understand what they're responsibilities are?
Developing a relationship that will work effectively - how, what, where and why?
Audience: All staff required to interview jobseekers.
These are individual sessions that staff can access once they have completed training to actively
be involved with a specialist worker who will assist them with their jobseeker to achieve a determined outcome.
Example 1: Worker and jobseeker have been meeting regularly, but trying to identify what is reasonable as a job options is not working.
A Heta specialist staff member will attend the appointment with the worker and jobseeker to assist them to overcome the barriers and develop actions to obtain the required result. This would be done in a way that supports the jobseeker in learning a new skill and so could be funded through their jobseeker account.
Workshops can be tailored to suit the individual needs of organizations.
